The Co-operative Union of Canada (1909–1987) was the national federation of English-language consumer co-operatives in Canada. Through the 1960s the Union published research monographs on cooperative organisation, including Donald Snowden's 1965 ARDA study commissioned for the Government of Newfoundland on the cooperative movement and rural development in the province. source
