Nevermore Press is an independent publisher in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, established in 2018 by editor and former civil rights lawyer Ernie Hadley and his wife Annie Mullins, who moved from Massachusetts to fulfil Hadley's dream of being a publisher and to share stories from and about Atlantic Canada. After Hadley's unexpected death in spring 2021, art director and production manager Jayme Spinks took over and has deepened the press's emphasis on design and production. Nevermore publishes literary fiction, creative nonfiction, experimental writing, and poetry, with separate imprints — Trap Door Books for young readers and Copy Shop for newer work.
